Overview

The Strategic Management program is aimed at training highly skilled managers, analysts and researchers to work in large and small businesses, educational organizations, scientific structures related to the fuel and energy and mineral resources complex. The educational program is designed and implemented in accordance with modern educational technologies. The program forms a modern understanding of the processes of adoption and implementation of strategic decisions relating to all spheres of activity of companies; the formation and selection of strategic alternatives, the specifics of the implementation of strategies in various industries, taking into account the current economic conditions and environmental variability. The program combines specialized management training of graduate students with active research and teaching activities.
